Association Dues 2025

Associations dues must be paid to be a member in good standing and have any association voting privileges.

Uplong and Oakway Dr. Outlot A & B - $225 per home

Square Lake and Middlebelt Outlot C - $50 per home

Homeowners on ULL out of association - $300 per property

To pay your association dues and obtain a key to the boat ramp, residences needed to contact an Outlot B boat ramp committee member.
